Plutaro

Since August 2024, I have led development at Plutaro, an agency focused on web apps, AI projects and mobile.

I have built 10+ production applications across React, Next.js, and React Native, while managing junior engineers and coordinating complex projects. I work on a mix of client deliverables and internal AI tooling products.

Internal AI Products

I have been a core contributor building an internal AI-powered development tool similar to Lovable, Bolt.new, and v0. It enables users to generate full-stack web applications through simple natural language prompts, handling everything from database schema generation to frontend component creation.

AI-Assisted Development Workflow

Building AI products has also transformed how I write code. I have developed an efficient workflow with AI coding agents (Cursor, Codex and Claude Code). Since Opus 4.5 and GPT 5.2, agents can successfully write most of the code, bug-free and clean. However, to achieve these results, the key is in giving the right sized tasks with crystal clear instructions. This takes a bit of practice to get a feel for what the AI can do. And a good understanding of architecture, best practices and technical limitations of the stack in order to give the best instructions.

We have been tracking efficiency gains and found we can achieve 2-3x faster overall delivery on most features and bugs. This workflow has significantly accelerated delivery timelines while keeping code quality high. At Plutaro, I have also helped junior engineers integrate AI tools into their workflow responsibly.

Project Management & Team Leadership

Beyond hands-on development, I lead the full lifecycle of complex projects:

• Timeline & Planning: Breaking down requirements into actionable milestones and deliverables
• Quality Assurance: Establishing testing protocols and reviewing code quality
• Deployment Strategy: Coordinating release schedules and production rollouts
• Team Management: Mentoring 2-3 junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and establishing development standards
• Team Coordination: Reviewing requirements, and unblocking technical challenges

• Complex Stripe Marketplaces: Multi-vendor platforms with teams selling products to other users via Stripe Connect, handling split payments, onboarding flows, and seller dashboards
• Live Phone Call AI Agents: Real-time voice AI systems capable of natural conversation flows
• LLM-Enabled Applications: Various tools leveraging large language models for content generation, analysis, and automation
• RAG Knowledge Base Implementations: Retrieval-augmented generation systems for intelligent document querying

The role keeps me deep in modern product development workflows, from rapid prototyping to production-scale systems, with a strong focus on AI-oriented use cases and team collaboration.
